Talk:Curse of Weaksauce
Page says "deleveling per round varies by a few points, averaging about 1/26 of the monster's original attack value" -- based on what? My data don't match this.
Guy Made of Bees (+10 ML): initial attack 100009, initial defense 90009.
Attack delevel per round: 2874 2958 3154 3152 3240 2871 2886 3053 3213 2899 2720 2906 3144 3113 3142 3058 3178 3162 3018 3047 2957 2966 2920 3055 2846 2891 3040
Attack delevel stats: Min: 2720 Max: 3240 Avg: 3017.1

Defense delevel stats: Min: 2787 Max: 3178 Avg: 2987.4
Average attack delevel divided by initial attack = 0.030168 (1/33.1)
Average defense delevel divided by initial defense = 0.033190 (1/30.1)
Attack delevel variance: mean -9.8%, +7.4%
Defense delevel variance: mean -6.7%, +6.4%
Granted, this is a very small sample (27 rounds) but it seems to trend toward "3% of initial attack or defense value, plus/minus 10%" or something in that neighborhood. --Greycat (talk) 14:15, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
You're fighting a Bronze Chef
You clap your hands, and a sheen of oily black sauce forms on your foe's skin. The weaksauce seethes and glistens, sapping strength from it.

The fireball hits your opponent for 358 damage. It shakes its nerves and rattles its brain. The weaksauce seethes and glistens, sapping strength from it.

So, the main-page comment about it not working on tower monsters appears to be out of date. Removing it now. --Greycat (talk) 16:33, 15 January 2014 (UTC)
I observed deleveling of around 270-330 against capped GameInform mobs, which is 2.7-3.3%. Over 30 rounds, the monster was deleveled by roughly 9k. --Heeheehee (talk) 20:48, 16 January 2014 (UTC)
GameInform with boosted Muscle:
- Starting attack 1221, defense 3853. Weaksauce A/D delevel: 42/37, 39/36, 38/40, 37/40, 37/40, 37/39, 40/39, 38/39, 41/37
Confirming that both halves of the deleveling are determined by the monster's attack, NOT its defense. --Greycat (talk) 17:58, 26 January 2014 (UTC)
Folk noticed in clan chat that the comment about saucestorm mana restoration being based on the hot damage wasn't accurate. If the cold damage is enough to kill the monster, mana restoration is based on the cold damage. Ungavva (talk) 23:30, 31 January 2014 (UTC)
