What if I made avatar by myself and only want to place it on page, does the process differ? --Navara 23:51, 2 September 2007 (CDT)

• When you use an avatar form, all you get is a text input box, and a submit button. If you link to an image you've created, and it fits the art style of the other avatars and KoL, Jick may accept it. He may redraw it, or even reject it. --Ricket 01:02, 3 September 2007 (CDT)

While a strange question, is it possible that this page could include some information from Jick about timeframes? At one time, I thought I heard that 60 days was a reasonable turnaround time on the radio, but I could be wrong. Our errata includes information about acceptable guidelines; I thought it could also include information about timelines.--Sputbot 18:18, 9 October 2007 (CDT)
