eXtreme power/HP loss

1. One stone of eXtreme power can be found per cavern. It appears randomly and and can be found anywhere in the grid.
2. The undesirable result (loss of HP from a cave-in) can be found 2 times per cavern. They can be located contiguously or not, and can be found anywhere in the grid.

This is my first time mining, first cavern. I have found 3 stones of eXtreme power and have gotten the HP-loss 3 times so far, and the cavern isn't finished. These must not be accurate..
