I sent a bug report that my flyering was staggering monsters instead of giving them a free attack, and Gemelli's response seems to indicate that the stagger is a DB-only effect of this skill: "That's one of the effects of the new "Deft Hands" skill -- the first combat item used in a fight staggers the monster (but only for Disco Bandits). Noticed that using the toy sixgun was doing 6 damage for me in aftercore where I had Deft Hands, not the 7 I would have expected with it rounding up. Found this post http://forums.kingdomofloathing.com/vb/showthread.php?t=217959 from mid-last year that noted and spaded that Deft Hands rounds down now. --Terion (talk) 04:58, 2 March 2016 (UTC)
