- The hammer started at +5 ML, was then +0, and is now +10. The Gravy Boat was +0 and then +10, so it seems like the stat that uses the formula is 5xGrimaceDarkFactor, however that'd be worded. Bakapyrite 06:18, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

Smithing
- Is it necessary to have read the plans in order to make this item, as is the case with the depleted Grimacite hammer? What message do you get if you try to smith it without knowing how? --Quietust (t|c) 22:16, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- I've been wondering the same myself. I would assume the answers are the same as they are for the hammer. I can't test this for a few days, though, as I'm in the middle of a hardcore run right now. --Flargen 22:26, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
Trouble Getting Adventures
Equipping this item hasn't gotten me the adventures at rollover. I thought that maybe it only worked for mysticality classes (similar to hobopolis stuff), but when equipped it does give me the mysticality % bonus. ?? Has anyone else not been getting the adventures bonus with this ?? ?? As a TT ?? --ValmonUni 05:23, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
- On the radio show they mentioned there being problems with these items giving the adventures and that they'd look into it. Guess we should mark these with {{bug}} for now. --Flargen 06:58, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

Is the adventure gain based before or after rollover? In other words, if it says +1 when I equip it before rollover and it's +0 the next day, have I gained an adventure? --Four of Five 8:31 12/6/2008
