So far I've seen mine turn into:

• Leprechaun
• Baby Gravy Fairy
• Coffee Pixie
• Jill-O-Lantern
• Hanukkimbo Dreidl
• stinky gravy fairy
• Pygmy Bugbear Shaman

I have all of those except the Stinky Gravy Fairy, so the doppelshift is not just limited to familiars you already have. That +15 to weight from the makeup kit is great. With leash of linguini (+10), amphibian sympathy (+5), empathy (+5), tiny plastic thing (+1), and a plexiglass pith helmet (+5); I'll be able to have a 61lb familiar.
