But Disco power is different. --Jeff 01:51, 18 November 2007 (CST)
AoSP's Shake It Off does remove this effect. --Terion (talk) 00:24, 28 April 2014 (UTC)
Damage Effect
Adventuring with this effect, I noticed that sleaze damage (with Monumental sleaze protection in the Character page) was suddenly doing 60-70 damage instead of 6-7 damage. Seems to multiply sleaze damage by a factor of three after resistance is applied. --Chaos five 14:14, 2 July 2007 (CDT)
Beer in Your Shoes damage increased from 1-2 damage to 5-6 damage. Modest sleaze protection in character page. It's possible that the multiplier is closer to x2 or x3, but sleaze protection is also negated, making those with higher elemental protection experience a greater damage increase comparatively. --Grampamoses 19:07, 3 July 2007 (CDT)
Beer in Your Shoes increased from 1-2 to 2-6, for me, with Meager sleaze resistance (purple sunglasses).--Toper 18:22, 27 August 2007 (CDT)
- I can confirm the 6 sleaze damage from Beer in Your Shoes (in tandem with Easily Embarrassed, and purple sunglasses as my only sleaze resistance); but I didn't pay attention to the low end of the range.--Knobula 20:17, 9 May 2008 (CDT)
- I just received both effects again (Easily Embarrassed, and Beer in Your Shoes), and in the approximately 15 rounds of combat during which I attacked, the Beer in Your Shoes injuries only gave me 2, 4, or 6 damage, each round.--Knobula 20:27, 9 May 2008 (CDT)
Against a War Frat Infantryman: Expected damage from sleaze attacks was approximately 19-21. Took 77-82. It looks like it may ignore elemental resistance and then double damage... Without elemental resistance, expected damage would've been 40-45. Next fight was against an Sorority Nurse. Bumped up my resistance, and expected sleaze damage was 8-9. Took 52-58. Expected damage without resistance would've been 25-28. --TechSmurf 04:38, 3 September 2010 (UTC)
Moxie effect
This effect has no effect on Moxie.--Jett 08:05, 28 June 2007 (CDT)
- When I had this effect suddenly my buffed moxie was reduced to my unbuffed moxie. I have plexiglass pants on so I should have been getting +30% moxie --Darkness 07:05, 4 July 2007 (CDT)
Resistance effect
The article says it may reduce your sleaze resistance to none. If so, it does it stealthily, as mine still shows as major with this effect on. --rholliday 16:22, 6 July 2007 (CDT)
- Sleaze went from Middling to Moderate when afflicted. --Kuroth 23:55, 21 July 2007
- Sleaze resistance did not change from Minor to Meager. Judging from the comments here, it removes an absolute number, that can fall into the boundaries of what we can see.--MoreCurious 06:15, 23 July 2007 (CDT)
