Nitpicking

• From the page: "Currently, nothing in the game decrements effects, with the exception of PvP." Casting Surge of Icing decrements Sugar Rush by 1. Then you could argue that smithing decrements Inigo's Incantation of Inspiration (effect) by 5, but that's probably another bowl of wax. If you're looking at general-use, any-effect reductions, then, yeah, never mind me. --Johnny Treehugger 18:13, 14 January 2013 (CET)
