Possible to Perm it?

I want to know, if these sheets of music can be permed once u ascend. Im an Accordian Thief, but I'm too weak to adventure in Hobopolis. I want to know if you can perm this skill. Also, if it is permable, can u make it HC Permable?

EDIT: I know that you can't be in HC and acquire a sheet because you need to get sewer items, and that requires you to trade/buy items, and your not allowed to get items until you get out of HC.

Ooooo, So u don't need those items? I did not know that, well then, I guess it is possible to go through with HC, I didn't relize that. Still though, I go back to my previous question, can u keep the skill over ascension?

Well, I too am pretty sure, but you know, sometimes there are those handful of skills that can't be permed. I just wanted for sure is all.

I have been able to cast the skill with level 9 AT. Though the recipient was >lvl 15 --Minion07 15:12, 6 July 2008 (CDT)

As a level 13 AT, I successfully cast this skill on a player > level 15. And then I ascended keeping the skill, and now it is listed for me as (HP) --aseigler 11:57, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
