I was the one that made the effect edit. I can't tell how much it raises monster level, not quite sure how to tell that. I based it on the fact that after I got the effect, everything got too hard for me to kill(I was level 2 at the time), when before I was killing things easily. A raise in monster level seemed to be the most logical explanation for this. --Spades 21:15, 2 June 2007 (CDT)

You can tell whether monster level has changed by the amount of XP you get during a battle. --Starwed 21:24, 2 June 2007 (CDT)
