I'm not familiar with the standards, could someone add this info?
When used: You install the filth-encrusted futon in your dwelling.

when inspecting dwelling: Your dwelling has the following stuff inside it:
filth-encrusted futon This thing should've been thrown out years ago. You've had to develop a pretty high tolerance for stench just to be able to be in the same room as it.
