Did this about 30 times to get the numbers. Also try at radically different ML, Moxie level, and main stat level. Unless it's tied into level (36) or unbuffed main stat/moxie (1283 and 856 respectively), then that's the amount.--Foggy 02:39, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
- And of course, spoke too soon. Just tried on a level 25 character and got a 13-18 range. Same 5=point spread, which suggests a k*lvl + 1-5, where k is roughly but not quite .5. Got another character to try with.--Foggy 02:57, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
