  • I have a feeling that this spell outright ignores physical resistance, it seemed to deal the same amount of damage to a Mobile Armored Sweat Lodge (50%) and a War Hippy Dread Squad (25%), as well as the other war hippies.--AstronautGuy (talk) 22:33, 18 February 2015 (UTC)

    • With +30 (+100%) spell damage, this spell has been doing 100 damage consistently, no matter my +ML. Hooray, "typeless" damage?--AstronautGuy (talk) 05:20, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
      • Awesome. Pinch Ghost was (eventually) given the ability to bypass resistance, but it only works on a small, fixed list of monsters. This is the first universal bypass that I've heard of. Damage Formula

In case someone wishes to further clarify/refine the formula, this is what spading has yielded (all with 0 bonus spell damage):

1 myst - 0
20 myst - 15-19
45 myst - 33-44
50 myst - 39-49
80 myst - 50

The spell's base damage seems to range between .75*myst and 1.0*myst, with no base damage, capped at 50. Bonus spell damage modifiers are not affected by this cap.--Volc (talk) 17:37, 4 February 2019 (UTC)
