Default names

Default names are pairing of heat-related attributes and common first names. These were spotted in chat:

Seems to attack 33% to 50% of the time. When it does attack, it does two separate attacks for (0.5-1.0)*wt hot damage each, with randomized messages.

First message is one of:

<name> glares at <it>, dealing X damage worth of red-hot scorn.

<name> floats above your opponent and sheds a single fiery tear, dealing X damage.

Second message is one of:

<name> blows a fire ring (it's like a smoke ring, but made of fire instead of smoke) at your foe, dealing X damage.

<name> whistles a jaunty tune, dislodging a fireball from between his teeth. The fireball hits your opponent for X damage.

<name> bites <it> for X damage.
