After 2 years and finally getting into softcore, sating my curiosity, I will confirm here that placing the floaty stone sphere in any of the hidden city altars will result in the generic "incorrect item" effect: You lose 3 Adventures. You acquire an effect: Hardly Poisoned at All(duration: 5 Adventures) --Newchar1 12:24, 1 July 2012 (CEST)
