Ate one got the following:

You gain 2 Fullness.

It occurs to me now that the damage is probably affected by Elemental Resistance; I had Very High (55.28%) hot resistance when I ate mine and took 22 damage, which would be 50 damage base. If CharcoalShadow above had Considerable (40%) hot resistance, that 30 could be 60% of 50. --Johnny Treehugger 20:09, 1 July 2012 (CEST)
