Other idea
Might we test for stat gains under the effect? Judging by the other effects slightly, it seems like they're all supposed to be somewhat rattling or crippling. Of course, this is just a stab in the dark. Kalir 09:44, 14 November 2007 (CST)

It might be increased damage. This might be a % damage increase, or a reduction in DR or DA. I'm getting 21 damage instead of 18 against a Dairy Goat. --Raijinili 00:30, 3 December 2007 (CST)
