I have been receiving this from entangling noodles, so I believe it comes from combat skills that are classified as "spells".--gheyst1214 01:52, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

I changed it to say spells, rather than elemental combat skills. A way to test it would be tango of terror, I suppose. --Starwed 08:54, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

I also just overkilled a hobo in hobopolis with saucegeyser and still got the effect, so I don't think it matters if enemies remain alive or not.--gheyst1214 16:11, 4 July 2010 (UTC)
