The area in Bioshock where you find the plasmid is designed to lead you to it, and the plasmid is covered in "hey pick me up" golden sparklies, but from the POV of the player character, there's no reason to inject this thing into your arm. Atlas doesn't even mention the thing. I only own the X360 version, though -- does he tell you in the PC or PS3 versions? --billybobfred 15:54, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
