Condition?

So, in 3 trips to the jungle after the Primordial quest, and completing the Hyboria quest 3 times, since getting the Manuel, I have not seen a single one of these guys. Obviously it takes more to find one than simply doing the supervirus quest - does anyone know what other conditions there may be? Eran of Arcadia 17:00, 11 October 2012 (CEST)
