It's an accessory, not an off-hand, but your point still stands, of course. Enchantments seem to depend on the amount of deliveries you've done in each tier. I'm currently at 5 Bronze, 18 Gold and 5 Platinum deliveries. and it gives:

• +10% Item Drops
• Max HP/MP +10
• +2% Booze Drops
• 1-2 MP regen
• 5-8 HP regen

I didn't get this IotM until the 14th, so here are the enchantments before you've done any deliveries:

• +10% Item Drops from Monsters
• Maximum HP/MP +10
• +1% Booze Drops from Monsters
• Regenerate 1-2 MP per Adventure
• Regenerate 3-6 HP per Adventure

At 4-5 bronze deliveries, the booze drops are +2%. At 3-5 gold deliveries, the HP regeneration is 4-7. At 1 platinum delivery, the MP regeneration is 2-3. --Pilomotor (talk) 21:11, 15 May 2020 (UTC)

HP regen formula is off. I'm at 51 gold deliveries, so I should have 7-10 HP regen according to the formula, but it's 6-9. Unless that's the actual cap, but that would seem a bit weird. --Laytruce (talk) 10:56, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
