This seems to be instakill on the conjoined zmombie when used twice in a row (i.e. you need two half-rotten brains). Thelisafaerie 19:36, 26 June 2007 (CDT)

I think it might deal damage to other zombies, as well. I did 19 to a corpulent zobmie, with the text "Your opponent pauses to hungrily devour the half-rotten brain. You take advantage of its distraction to bash it in the head for 19 damage." I'll test on other zombies when I get more brains. --Pure 13:38, 27 June 2007 (CDT)

It's not instakill- I used on the conjoined zmombie and it dealt like 76 damage. It's more like the can of ghoul-be-gone, which does extra damage to the huge ghoul. --Vesiv 14:53, 27 June 2007 (CDT)
