• Probably not? I think "can be permed" is the default setting in the skill template and someone forgot to change it I accidentally deleted that field when I created this one missing Cow Puncher skill page and not the rest. I'm going to change it to "can't be permed" and if this is a totally random exception for no reason then someone who actually knows that can change it back.--billybobfred (talk) 00:04, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
