Can do one of those two things, once a battle, one gives a random booze from item table, other a food.
I got around the world one time, so untradable booze may drop even...also got especially salty dog, and FoB food.

Ask hobo to fight
Ask hobo to dance
Ask hobo to tell a joke
Can do one of these three things, once a battle, one attacks for around 150 damage, dancing not sure, and
