Effect stacks if used in separate days. Similar to the Deep Fat Friar blessings; can't get more than one in a day, but doing them on separate days adds more adventures of the effect.

Now for my own question: can you use these when you're NOT a Seal Clubber...i.e. in a new ascension?

yes, you can use them in next ascensions, as well as other "air-potions" from other classes. --Hrag 19:08, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
