• Unfortunately I just broke the prism so can't get the text or anything, but visiting Fire Captain Hagnk with this equipped allowed me to refill the charges for free. The option is only available if you have used some of the charges (you don't need to use them all), and I don't know if it can be done more than once per-day (I only saw it the once, and then refilled and the option disappeared. It was still gone the next day when I had a full tank). Otherwise, I didn't see any interactions in the last day or two of my run. --Fyll (talk) 19:59, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
