I got the skill, even though I'm not an Accordion Thief.

It's (obviously) Inigo's Incantation of Inspiration. It costs 100 mana, can be cast five times a day, and the resulting buff text is:

"Hello! Driven by your relentless pursuit of the six-fingered man, you are inspired to work quickly and creatively.

Lets you craft things more quickly"

It was not an insta-HC perm. I have no relevant smithing skills permed and innaboxes, so I have done no testing.

The skill is limited to 5 casts per day, and makes it so that when you smith an item, you lose 5 turns of this buff rather than 1 turn as you normally would.--Orshelack 04:47, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

• I don't think there are any permable skills which cannot be HC permed. This one is not automatically permed, and to get it in HC you'd need to pull the item from Hangk's after freeing the king and then use it to get the skill. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 18:47, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
