Talk:Just the Best Anapests

I just did a hardcore ascension about 90% of which was under the effect. Some observations:

1. You are blind insulting the pirates. You can tell if the insult hit home or not depending on getting the Embarassed effect. Then when you get to insult pong you can see if you have them all or not. I got through pong after three games with five insults.
2. You are not blind, but handicapped, using the stones in the hidden city. Each stone has an effect you can see: physical damage for Pikachutlotal, elemental damage for Charcoatl, healing for Squirtlcthulli, and an invisible action for Bulbazinalli.
3. Item names for a lot of things are invisible. Get used to clicking on the image or checking inventory often. This particularly bothered me when hunting for dusty bottles of wine.
4. I know what item goes with each tower monster, and I didn't try making mistakes to see if I'd get hints.
5. The NS removes the effect, but (at least for now) the combat continues in anapest form. The third form loses a lot of verbosity.
