Seems like it's a bonus to substats from combat, with a penalty to initiative. In the Hole, with the drug, with no extra monster levels, Volleyball or Sombrero, I seem to be getting 2 more substat points than I do without the drug.--IMJack 10:29, 27 March 2006 (CST)
It's probably +10 lbs of Volleyball like orange tongue. That would be +2.5 substat points. Are you sure it was always 2? --Crowther 14:59, 27 March 2006 (CST)
