Talk:Legendary Regalia of the Master Squeezeboxer
There are two more pieces to the outfit:
El Hebilla del Cinturón de Lopez
This hebilla de cinturón -- oh, all right, "belt buckle" -- belonged to the late Somerset Lopez. It seems to have undergone a transformation at the same time Lopez himself did, becoming way more thorn and skull oriented than you remember it being before. Also the silver is all black and tarnished, and what used to be a round piece of turquoise in the center... well, it's still blue, but you're pretty sure it just blinked at you. Or possibly winked. Since there's just the one, it's hard to say.

and
The Trickster's Trikitixa
This two-row diatonic button accordion with right-hand rows keyed a fifth apart and twelve unisonoric bass buttons is legendary among Accordion Thieves -- in the sense that no-one knows for sure that it exists, but everyone has heard stories.
It's said that Shadowy Gerald had it when he broke into the Royal Treasury and stole more bullion than was actually stored there, somehow. It's rumored that Petey There Weren't No Witnesses was carrying it when he stole Baron Humberto McMifflin's gold-plated diamond-studded left lung. It's even whispered that Shelia the Creeper used it to assassinate the villainous Pope Flaunchett VIII, though it'll be a while before that can be confirmed, since the current Pope of the Kingdom of Loathing is Flaunchett VI.
Truly, it is an accordion of strange and unimaginable power.

Effect Spading
A small data sample seems to suggest a definite pickpocket chance, see here http://kolspading.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=42 --Hippoking 21:38, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
- More data - I spent 100 turns in the Beanbat Chamber, pickpocketed 81 beans. No other +pickpocket items, so that means +60%-ish, which is a little higher than what they got on the forums.... --Deus Ex Machina 05:16, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
- 100 turns is a very small sample space. The confidence interval on that is really wide (~7.6% in either direction). You really want a lot more data. Ideally a sample size in the thousands. --RoyalTonberry 05:42, 18 May 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, I know. I'm going to burn a lot more turns on this (stupid Feast of Boris, being so far away >.>), and I'm just updating it as I go.
- 300 more turns today, 227 beans. Aggregating my data gives 308/400, so +54%-ish. Also, "aggregating" is totally a word. --Deus Ex Machina 21:50, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
- 300 turns, 221 beans. That's a total of 529/700, so +51%-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 20:48, 21 May 2010 (UTC)
- 200 more turns, 152 more beans. That's a total of 681/900, so +51%-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 22:50, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
- 300 more turns, 226 more beans. THat's a total of 907/1200, so +51%-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 22:11, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
- 100 more turns, 73 more beans. That's a total of 980/1300, so +51%-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 23:00, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
- 300 more turns, 220 more beans. That's a total of 1200/1600, so +50 exactly. Huh, funny how that worked out. --Deus Ex Machina 04:14, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
- 100 more turns, 78 more beans. That's a total of 1287/1700, so +50.4-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 19:36, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- 300 more turns yesterday, 232 more beans. That's a total of 1510/2000, so +51%. --Deus Ex Machina 04:40, 29 May 2010 (UTC)
- I take it 50% is the number? --JohnAnon 08:13, 29 May 2010 (UTC)
- 200 more turns, 151 more beans. That's a total of 1661/2200, so +51% ±1.8% (if I remember how to do that whole ± thing).
- So, knowing how much TPTB like nice multiples of 5... yeah, it's probably +50%.

- 100 more turns, 75 more beans. That's a total of 1736/2300, so ±51%-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 23:48, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

- Not that anyone cares anymore, but 200 more turns and 144 more beans. That's a total of 2104/2800, so +50.3%-ish. --Deus Ex Machina 19:26, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
- 200 more turns, 141 more beans. That's a total of 2243/3000, so +49.5%.
- And, that's it from me, so I'll just put it on the main article. --Deus Ex Machina 23:16, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
