Talk:License To Kill
Using 11 of these yields a License to Chill.... but I don't have the use message, so I haven't properly written it up in the wiki yet. If anyone else is up to the challenge, or can afford 11 of these... Dr3wrocks (talk) 01:26, 17 June 2017 (UTC)
Fighting Blofeld
Not sure how to add this to the wiki, but here's what I have:
On use, you immediately go into a fight with Blofeld (the real one, not "Blofeld").
(bond_villain5.gif) You're fighting Blofeld
"Ah, you are here at last <username>," says the creepy man petting his cat. "All of your wounds, all of your travails, those are my doing. I am the architect of all your pain."
"You think of me as your nemesis, which is true. And now that you are fully licensed, and you've come to deal with me."
He takes a gun out of a drawer and aims it at you, "but now, I will be your killer."
(Message from The Crown of Ed the Undying) You take a moment to spy on your opponent's thoughts: "Why am I even fighting this weirdo? Oh well, might as well finish what I've started."
You get the jump on him.
...
(I didn't copy the fights I tried, but you can't use items, and all damage is capped at 11. Additionally, he appears to do scaling damage that ignores damage reduction/absorption [I lost a couple of times, and he always beat me in about 4-5 turns regardless of equipment used]. His HP was in the thousands, however, after using Talk About Politics in an act of desperation...)
...
You talk about politics until your opponent collapses from boredom.
You won't be seeing him for a while, that's for sure!
You win the fight!
L arrives as you survey the scene of your life's work, "Bully for you, <username>! Blofeld has been causing trouble for so long, and you've put an end to it! Now you can retire and we'll hire someone else to play your ro... er, I say, we'll activate another agent."
He hands you a small laminated card.
You acquire an item: License to Chill
"There you go, chap, you've earned it. Now, won't you bugger off, I've got to deal with this mess."
As you start to walk away, he looks up, "Oh dear, I can't jolly well let you walk around with those Licenses to Kill." He grabs your 11 licenses (it's ridiculous) and tears them up.
