- Yes. Yes it does. At least as of this writing. A few minutes ago I was using it to cast 5 MP Stuffed Mortar Shells (normally 13 MP) with my JEW hat and SS solitaire.--Gumog 16:42, 1 January 2011 (UTC)
- AND it's stacking with the Festival of Jarlsberg's MP reduction as well - Stuffed Mortar Shell's down to 2 MP at the moment.--Gumog 06:04, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
