Can we get stats for the damage it does against a standard monster (Knott Yeti)? Frequency of each attack? --Mozai 13:34, 11 Oct 2005 (MDT)

  • I've been pushing for something like this for every familiar for a while. Supposedly, someone's on it, but I see no evidence of study as of yet. --Barnaby36 15:32, 11 Oct 2005 (MDT)

I started collecting some data a couple days ago. Still don't have enough for conclusive answers, but I have some educated guesses:

  • Stomp attack
Occurs 2 out of 3 times.
Damage ranges from 1 to (weight - 5)
  • Laser attack
Occurs 1 out of 6 times.
Damage ranges from (weight - 5) to (weight)
  • Missile attack
Occurs 1 out of 6 times.
Damage ranges from ??? to (weight + 10)

Huh?

Hobot 9000 fires a powerful laser at your opponent, dealing %dmg damage.

It was against an XXX pr0n and it was 1 pound and I used my facismile dictionary.

Can someone please clarify? --Eliwood750 12:31, 18 August 2007 (CDT)

%dmg means that 0 damage was dealt with the attack, which is rare but possible. In the case of the mechamech, the laser attack does floor(weight/2) to floor(weight) in damage. If weight is 1, then it will deal 0-1 damage. You hit the 0 damage, and so "%dmg" was displayed!--QuantumNightmare 12:50, 18 August 2007 (CDT)
