Just to note that you can't yellow ray to get this. I rayed a burgular and it didn't drop, but fought another later on and it did drop.Lord kobel (talk)
- When you say yellow ray, do you mean the underwater yellow ray with the taffy? Because I don't think yellow ray works underwater otherwise.--Tombot (talk) 10:38, 14 May 2013 (UTC)
