Just used one against the elves and I got the message

You make a call. The voice on the other end says "Guino, can you hear me? This storm is causing all kindsa interference. Can you hear me now? Good."

so looks like nothing changed (since that was a previous message--Zuluzulu1234 11:48, 9 December 2008 (CTZ)
