Because the goon is talkative, the enforcer may refer to Mr. Vandemar, the larger of the pair of thugs in Neverwhere.
- I think that's an incredibly huge stretch, if for no other reason that Mr. Vandemar wasn't the talkative one - Mr. Croup was. In any event, though, the Mob Penguin Enforcer doesn't seem to have much in common with either one of them. --Bob452 04:24, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
