Talk:Mutant saguaro

From A KoL Wiki

Started this as soon as I encountered it, need help cleaning up and spading. I have a few screencaps. --Phantomreader42 04:26, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

Locations

I found one in the Woods. I think they're throughout the Kingdom. Far as I know today is KoL Halloween. --Shadow 2014 04:33, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

Overrode my Rotting Matilda adventure in the ballroom. --Entchen 06:00, 30 October 2008 (UTC)

Just fought one while falling down drunk; Last Adventure reads "Drunken Stupor". --GordonFreeman 19:25, 31 October 2008 (UTC)

So either it doesn't scale or it's capped. --Kitsunegami 04:21, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

I have since learned how scaling actually works and feel a bit stupid for posting the above (it was my first attempt at spading). I do, however, have some old item drop data to provide from my spreadsheet where I also tracked my other four encounters with them:

With +234% item drop I received beholed bedsheet, nothing, invisible bag (fireworks: item), and beholed bedsheet (fireworks: item). --Kitsunegami 08:37, 13 January 2011 (UTC)

Just fought one of these with 148% +item and it didn't drop a hat. - Sparksol (t|c) 06:56, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

Just got one in the goatlet and it dropped a beholed bedsheet, no meat. --Bigcalm 09:19, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

References

Could the wheeling arms and falling on you be a reference to James's Cacnea from the Pokemon television series? It frequently does this to him.--Poundlor 14:04, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

The Jumbo Cactuar boss/summon from Final Fantasy VIII falls on the party as one of its attacks. It may do that in other FF games as well. --Kitsunegami 17:49, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
