Talk:Naughty Sorority Nurse
Random Commentary
I think she heals herself, I was dealing 90-100 damage a turn and she would not go down
Chloroformed her and beer bombed her. She went down with about 200 damage. Dropped a garter. --Dqp 21:38, 27 June 2007 (CDT)
- I'd have to agree here, One fight took over 30 rounds, and i was doing 80-90 Damage per hit. I don't think they ARE miss messages rather that she heals herself every round or something? --Leonyth 00:53, 30 June 2007 (CDT)
- I agree with the healing comments - I was doing about 50 damage a turn, and if I hadn't cleeshed her, I would have lost due to 30 turns. It's pretty bad. --Neminem 01:21, 30 June 2007 (CDT)
Finally got her in one hit with 202 damage. --Jakisskev 18:05, 30 June 2007 (CDT)
The easiest way to defeat her is by using items like gob of wet hair, thus immobilizing her.--TheFroff 12:17, 2 July 2007 (CDT)
- yup! chloroform works, or just something that immobilize her would do. --jeremypv 04:10, 3 July 2007 (CDT)
- Stuns from the ninja pirate zombie robot prevent her from healing as well. Don't know about other familiars that block actions like the levitating potato. --MoreCurious 07:22, 14 September 2007 (CDT)
She seems to heal 80+ damage per round. Theory: the amount of healing she does may be the same range that a Gauze garter does. (Some of her messages even mention a garter.) --Greycat 15:44, 20 July 2007 (CDT)
She's got at least 197 hit points. Got her in one turn with a Lunging Thrust-Smack dealing that much damage. --TellKenzine 12:46, 1 August 2007 (CDT)
Yes, her HP is off. With no +ML and a gas balloon, it took 3 rounds to kill her, using happiness, and litty kitty charm. The rounds were, 42, 30, 42 (+57 elemental each round). Making it a minimum of 187 (99+87+1). --MoreCurious 06:50, 7 August 2007 (CDT)
One round- gob of wet hair + communication windchimes which dealt 189 pts of damage killed her. --CountRingworm 08:34, 3 October 2007 (CDT)
On the article page, why is gauze garter listed twice as a chance to get (once with 25.1% chance and once with 15.9% chance)? Why not list it once with a 41% chance? --Duckyguy 14:09, 14 March 2008 (PST)
- See #Statistics. Since she drops more than one, I imagine someone factored out individual drop probabilities from the observed joint distribution. --Bagatelle 16:53, 14 March 2008 (CDT)
Does de-leveling her reduce the amount she heals?--Phydeauxx 13:05, 17 August 2008 (CDT)
Healing Data
Starting a spading to get a grip on how much she heals for. The total damage is the damage you've done in total, including the last round. Rounds speaks for itself. Average healed per round mimimum is calculated by:
(Total Damage - 180 - Last Round + 80) / (Rounds - 1). Her assumed HP is the 180 in that formula. The last round damage is reduced to 80 here, which for now I assume is her minimum heal capacity. If your last round was less then 80 damage, please adjust.
The Average healed per round maximum is calculated by:
(Total Damage - 180) / (Rounds - 1).
Should give us a good indication of her healing capacity. --MoreCurious 07:21, 7 August 2007 (CDT)

It might be easier to use a detective skull or clockwork detective skull for spading the nurse's HP and healing. Note that if you perform a non-action (such as clicking on Use Skill when none is selected) these devices will spit out new messages, allowing you to get a good idea of the hp if you're patient enough. --Starwed 04:43, 8 August 2007 (CDT)
- Maybe, but the AT I was using to get this info, would need too much healing on the battlefield without his wicker shield. Got a pretty good idea now though and it looks like suspicions about the gauze garter being the healing item she uses are correct. Also learned my lesson that fumbling is bad on this one. --MoreCurious 05:21, 8 August 2007 (CDT)

Darkness
Fighting her while blinded, her healing messages showed up the same as normal. Doubt that that's important, but it might be notable. Maybe they're all actually considered special moves, not attacks? --Littlebeast 01:23, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
Any Comparable Hippy?
Is there any unit on the hippy side of the field with a comparable "can't kill without special tactics" setup? If so, it'd be nice to note it on the page here. In fact, even if there's not, that would also be a useful note, I think. --Kilyle 01:42, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
- There's no other monster in the game that does a full heal after every hit. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 18:53, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
Is the article's hitpoint count inaccurate?
"You repeatedly slash your opponent with your razor-sharp talons, dealing 169 damage. Vicious!
You win the fight!"
That was the only hit I landed on her and it immediately killed her. Level 13 Seal Clubber in Oxycore, with a fairy as my familiar, and the following items equipped: War hippy outfit, palm-frond cloak, Hammer of Smiting, wonderwall shield, Bonerdagon necklace, Elmley shades.
Active effects: Birdform, Easily Embarrassed, Go Get 'Em, Tiger!, Rage of the Reindeer and Leash of Linguini.
Combat was as follows: I got the jump, picked her pocket, used Vicious Talon Slash once. My setup has nothing going that would affect ML, and 169 damage was enough to OHKO her, yet the article says she has 200 hitpoints. I'm aware of ML variance, but I don't think it can affect HP that much, can it? --Andorin Kato 06:15, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
- I just did it again, only I dealt 166 damage with Vicious Talon Slash this time. --Andorin Kato 03:48, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, again, with 172 damage. I'm adding the 'needs spading' template to the page and changing the HP value. --Andorin Kato 03:54, 19 October 2010 (UTC)
Healing Range
Now thanks to Monster Manuel and explicit HP healing messages for monsters, we can simply get the numbers for her healing range. The 75-100 range reflects HP healing totals, but only if they did NOT restore her to full health. (Thus if I saw 13 HP restored, it was because she only had lost 13 HP).-Foggy (talk) 15:22, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
