I lack the IotM at the moment, but from what I've been told, it works as follows: depending on how many neverending party boxes you have opened, you get something different. First booze, then food, then spleen, then some pants, and 5th the shield.

My order thus far was: booze -> food -> spleen -> pants -> shield -> booze -> food -> spleen.
I have not gotten further than that yet, but there is apparently the PARTY HARD T-shirt and Party Planning on a Budget are supposed to drop from it too. --Taltamir (talk) 18:50, 9 September 2018 (UTC)
