Fighting a Dimensional Horror. It can evade these, making it a physical skill.--Fluxxdog (talk) 11:27, 27 September 2013 (UTC)
Musc 305 (234); Myst 218 (175); Mox 226 (182); antique machete (Damage: 16 - 31, 1h); Opponent's defense 286; damage was colour-coded as cold.
You give your opponent the cold shoulder, then follow it up with the cold antique machete, dealing 370 damage. ZOT! KERBLAM! BONK! BOINK! BOOF! BOINK! WHAMMO! KAPOW! BOOF! KERBLAM! --AtGNAT (talk) 21:46, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
Damage appears to be about triple the total damage of a normal attack, including all bonus damage, with the final damage set to Cold-elemental. Still testing, though. - The Wrassedragon (talk) 18:26, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
Gets the appropriate HP bonus from Thirst, as if it were a Smack. Perhaps it's treated as a Smack for all purposes? --Lxndr (talk) 19:41, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
Jick's basically said this is a Cold LTS. This jibes with all observations. --Lxndr (talk) 05:44, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
The blue skill description has been updated (when?) and now explicitly says it's a Smack. --Ypp (talk) 13:39, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
With the April Shower Thoughts shield, I tried this in the Dive Bar with +65% item drops vs. -200% pressure penalty, to see whether it would force all of the nurse shark's drops. It didn't. I only got the slug of rum -- no shirt, no hat, and no blank prescription sheet. --Greycat (talk) 19:03, 17 August 2025 (UTC)
Most of the sea drops are pickpocket-immune and aren't affected by most mechanics that force drops, this is expected behaviour. Name Guy Man (talk) 20:43, 17 August 2025 (UTC)
