- The forum thread seems to indicate that it gains a gallon every time you win a combat with your level higher than its gallons. I haven't actually checked this yet, though. --billybobfred (talk) 00:38, 16 February 2016 (UTC)
- Further note that if you level up from a combat, you must fight one more combat after that to level up the hat. --Aelfinn (talk) 02:56, 17 February 2016 (UTC)
