Talk:Oscus's neverending soda
When used: You drain the can in one fell gulp. It's surprisingly refreshing for something that came from a dumpster. You gain 300 Mana Points.
When used a second+ time a day: The neverending soda is empty now. You'll have to wait until tomorrow for it to fill up again.

The first day I (a level 25 DB) used this item I gained 250 MP. Day 2 I gained 266 MP. The correlation between level and MP on the first day is interesting. What is your character's level Jimfromtx? --Klink 21:30, 19 June 2008 (CDT)
At level 6, I gained 255 MP from it.--Bigevildan 21:37, 20 June 2008 (CDT)
Considering that I had a wide range, including some below the lvl 6 (and I was lvl 20) and some above it, I'd say it's probably a random amount, 250-300. Should I go ahead and update the main page? --Jimfromtx 16:38, 22 June 2008 (CDT)
I got 217 from it at level 22. I think the range might be 200-300. --Chillydragon 14:02, 24 June 2008 (CDT)
What happens if you have 2 or more of them in your inventory? Can you drink from each of them? --SketchySolid 14:57, 24 June 2008 (CDT)
I don't suppose it works with the DyspepsiCanteen? --Andy00 16:45, 24 June 2008 (CDT)
I am also curious about what happens if you have two or more sodas. Can anyone test this out? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Silvan (talk • contribs) on 20:43, 29 June 2008
You can only own one of these items. --Sputbot 23:52, 13 July 2008 (CDT)
- ...Elaborate? --TechSmurf 00:47, 14 July 2008 (CDT)
Same with the iceball and the evil eye, if you try to give this item to someone who already has the item (on the clan loot page), it says "Cannot do that, player already has that item" (paraphrased). I do not know if it checks inside packages or not, but it won't let you double up on the usable clan drops. --Sputbot 01:17, 16 July 2008 (CDT)
- Hagnk's lets you bypass this limitation. A clanmate of mine just got one when they already had one there.--Lostcalpolydude 06:47, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
What exactly is the connection to that Strong Bad email? Nothing that Homestar says in that one have any relation to any of the text from the item. The only connection I see is the neverendingness of the bottle of Mountain Dew. --Blzbob 22:23, 27 July 2008 (CDT)
Unless anyone protests, I'm gonna remove the Strongbad reference. If the text cited strongbad in anyway, I'd agree. As it is, I think this is simply a refilling can of soda.--Goo Goo 16:51, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
This is a reference to SBEmail 78. One of the Easter Eggs is Homestar singing "The Neverending Soda" to the theme from The Neverending Story. From my recollection, Jick specifically mentioned this on a radio show. I propose this reference be replaced. --Ninjaplease 17:35, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
