I don't know how much this will help but I have +221% item drops (and a little box of fireworks equipped) and got a binarrrca but not a black spot. When I get some time I'll sort through my Mafia logs and give my drop data on the various pirates. --Kitsunegami 22:16, 19 September 2008 (UTC)
