Delevel spading
All of these were at 15 fullness with a level 17 SC against player scaling mobs. I didn't bother keeping any more as they were all in the realms of these numbers.
Monster attack power reduced by 38 Monster defense reduced by 63 Monster attack power reduced by 41 Monster defense reduced by 68 Monster attack power reduced by 27 Monster defense reduced by 68 Monster attack power reduced by 32 Monster defense reduced by 49 Monster attack power reduced by 41 Monster defense reduced by 68 Monster attack power reduced by 41 Monster defense reduced by 68 Monster attack power reduced by 26 Monster defense reduced by 66
I'd suggest a range of 25-41 for ML and 49-68 for defense. I'll check the figure when I level up to see if it has increased. --TokiSilver (talk) 13:15, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- Level 37 DB vs denizens of the Outskirts of Cobb's Knob and I'm delevelling att and def by 1 with every use of crumbs (+10 ML from MCD only, so Monster are att 12 def 11). Looks like it's % based? Darkcodelagsniper (talk) 12:11, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
- Tested on 50ish monsters of varying Att and Def, and the delevels were reliably within 10-15%. I've added that to the page, but I'm wondering if it could be another thing affected by fullness (my fullness was 15-16 during testing).--Darkcodelagsniper (talk) 14:02, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
When tested against tower monsters, I got:
13999 9899 fickle finger 13999 11699 globe 10999 12599 concert pianist 13999 11699 bronze chef 14999 9899 easel 12999 8999 cow
Which strongly suggests an integer percentage of deleveling. My numbers are 10% (1), 11% (3), 13% (3), 14% (4) and 15% (1). More spading would be needed to determine how often each level is selected. Anyone with Pantsgiving want to test it on the tower monsters (or Guy Made Of Bees, etc.)? --Sellbot (talk) 04:20, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
Item Drop Spading
In 100 adventures at 15 fullness, I had 9 item drops. In 50 adventures at 14 fullness, I had 0 item drops. This suggests strongly that item drops only happen when fullness is at max/at least level 15. Further testing required as it's possible it was a statistical anomaly.
--TokiSilver (talk) 13:15, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- nope I have 9 drops at fullness 0. At a guess its just 9 items per day. Discordance (talk) 18:56, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
Testing today at 0 fullness today also gave me 9 drops so it seems to be confirmed now that it's not fullness related, but simply 9 drops per day. TokiSilver (talk) 12:47, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
Missing items
I think we got them all, 6877 - 6881 are probably unrelated. Probably worth waiting another day or two but I doubt theres anymore going to show up at this point. Discordance (talk) 18:58, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
I dropped a pocket lint (blue), usable item. I see two other pocket lint colors in the mall (orange and green); I'm pretty sure these and two other colors are the 5 item ids we're missing (I don't know how to get item id). Ypp (talk) 06:40, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
- Well I got that wrong. 6877 is blue, 6878 is green, and 6880 is orange. So you are right, theres at least 4 lints probably 5. Look like rare drops too. Any idea what it does or are you selling for now? Discordance (talk) 12:43, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
Pocket Lint
I would recon something special happens when you're using the 4 known and the one still unknown piece of pocket lint. Since there are five of them, my guess would be it's either something elemental or Captain Planet. --Yatsufusa (talk) 00:41, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks cannon: bowl of petunias — Cool12309 (talk) 01:02, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- So, are there special conditions for lint to drop? Been using this skill to its fullest almost every day since it came out, and I've never received any colour of lint...what's the secret? --Fig bucket (talk) 21:05, 14 December 2013 (UTC)
- I got the pants as well, although it took me a while to decide. Since then I haven't seen a single lint and always assumed that they were just a rare drop. Like the Microplushie: Hipsterine. --Yatsufusa (talk) 04:08, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
- After getting the Pantsgiving about a year ago I had some bigger hiccups in my KoL-activity, but I did my share in aftercore farming. In this whole time I've had 2 different lints drop. The cheap ones of course (orange and white I think). ;) --Yatsufusa (talk) 01:43, 28 November 2014 (UTC)
Cold mashed potatoes
The cold mashed potatoes don't seem to be dropping anymore for me. I still see them in the mall though, so not sure if something changed.--Coderanger (talk) 02:48, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- I just got one today. Likely just bad RNG. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 04:35, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Possible, but its been a week or two since I last saw one, x300+ turns a day casting the skill every combat. Just saying there might be something that changes the distribution (class?) of items you get.--Coderanger (talk) 05:46, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
Drop cap
I am all but 100% sure that the drop cap is always 9. I have never seen 10 drops in one day, even when I do find a piece of pocket lint. And I almost never take my Pantsgiving off. --Soolar (talk) 19:30, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
Well, nevermind I guess... Got 10 drops today for the first time ever, right after I open my big mouth lol. --Soolar (talk) 23:48, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
Wait, it did just occur to me though, I got ten items, AND none of them were pocket lint. So that answers that question on the article page. --Soolar (talk) 23:50, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
I have noticed a consistent trend of getting 10 items on days when one of the items is a deviled egg. Not pocket lint. --TwirlyRotini (talk) 18:09, 6 May 2016 (UTC)
Also, a deviled egg can be the 10th item to drop. Usually, if you haven't seen an egg by the 9th item, you won't get a 10th that day. But it is possible.--TwirlyRotini (talk) 02:02, 17 April 2018 (UTC)
