Pretentious Paintbrush and over-eager players

While doing the Pretentious Artist Quest, I found that I had put myself in a tough situation. The paintbrush normally drops ont the Outskirts of Cobb's Knob, but I have started the The King of Cobb's Knob Quest, and found the entrance to the inside of the Knob. Now, I cant find a spot where the brush drops. Does this mean I cant get tattoos until my next ascention, or is there some other way of getting it? --I Can Has Cheezeburger? 15:35, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
