Got the effect from a hookah with 0 drunkenness, was consistently doing no damage, downed 9 Candy Alexanders to go to 18 drunk, then was consistently doing 17-19 damage. Let the effect run out, used a phone number, was consistently doing 3 damage. Drank a CSA Cheerfulness Ration to go to 19 drunk, consistently did 4 damage. Used another phone number, damage stayed at 4. Seemed to act every round as long as I had it. --Johnny Treehugger (talk) 18:38, 7 September 2013 (UTC)

The above glitch appears to be an odd interaction from the hookah. Or perhaps there was a change in the mechanic? I just tested pygmy phone # without any booze and it does 3 damage.--Asawyer (talk) 20:04, 26 February 2017 (UTC)
