While using this outfit i would cast saucegeuyser for a one hit kill and get about 20 mp back from my chefstaff/saucesphere. However after looking at my mp it was going up about 1-10 every adventure. So i am guess somewhere near a +20 mp regen as the second effect.--Gotmilk 10:55, 26 June 2008 (CDT)

• Easiest way to check this would be to use straight melee attacks against some weak monsters - you're at least level 15 to be able to wear the outfit in the first place, so you should be able to kill ascension-level monsters easily enough. Also make sure you don't have any other equipment or effects which could be restoring MP. --Quietust (t|c) 10:58, 26 June 2008 (CDT)

During my bounty hunt i got the following mp regen wearing only the outfit and a ring of conflict. 27, 27, 25, 21, 26, 23, 20, 24, 25, 25, 27, 29, 27, 24, 24, 27, 26, 27, 28, 24, 20, 28, 22, 26, 30, 25, 22, 22, 28, 20, 22, 29, 30. so it seems to be 20-30 mp regen.
