I just pulled this from the Deck of Every Card, and despite outleveling it by about a lightyear, I still only did 44 damage with each strike. Does this thing have a hard damage cap? I happened to be running exactly +15 ML at the time, so a cap of MaxHP-1 seems to be what's going on. --billybobfred (talk) 02:42, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
