I just realised, neither here or on the Elf Operative page does it explain what the "Increases operational effectiveness" effect does, if anything. Any theories?--Tombot (talk) 01:53, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- My guess would be that it makes you give those special drops (like sew-on bandage) more often. Haven't tested that, though. --Akatosh (talk) 21:40, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
