Talk:Request Sandwich
Ugh, I'm dumb and forgot to copy the text from King Ralph's letter before trying the skill. Can whoever gets it next do so? (I'm a bad spade, apparently!) The gist of the letter is Clancy saying how you were such a good avatar of Boris so he got someone to make you this scroll, so I imagine it's from having all 30 skills at once. And per request, I got the P.B.L.T. at level 1 on day 1 and at level 5 on day 2. So it's looking like it doesn't level up any, though we'll see what happens at 9, 11, 13, and 15 --Jletter (aka, Eroquin) 01:37, 9 May 2012 (CEST)
So, sandwiches aren't always on the same cast. It does indeed appear to be random (which is how I've heard it's supposed to work, though that info was second hand about a radio show quote). What's the chance of actually getting the sandwich? For starters: Day 1 of its implementation took 2 casts to get it. Day 2 took 3 casts. Then 1, 1, 1. Anyone else have numbers?--Jletter 07:18, 9 May 2012 (CEST)
- Day 2 got it on the first cast. Playing a PM, so maybe you need enough Mysticality to remember the magic word? LizardKing 19:28, 24 May 2012 (CEST)
I heard something about "tuna-free dolphin sandwiches" summoned by this skill. Is that really a thing? --Octagon8 11:09, 11 May 2012 (CEST)
Level 16, still got a PBLT. Sambal reports PBLT at L27--Lotsofphil 13:39, 20 May 2012 (CEST)
Spading information: PBLT at level 30. It will likely ALWAYS be a PBLT. It took me six casts on day one. Will keep track of how many times it takes on a daily basis. --BlueMysteryWolf (talk) 17:09, 10 October 2013 (UTC)
Update: After 9 days, it took an average of 2.3 (repeating) casts per sandwich, the first one taking six, and most others taking between 1 and 3. Day 8 took 3 casts while Day 9 and 7 only took one which leads me to believe it is not based on Mysticality but just on luck- likely a 1/2 chance to get a sandwich per cast and the first day was just one of the outers. --BlueMysteryWolf (talk) 04:45, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
